Italian Amarone Juice

Amarone is a typically rich Italian red wine made primarily from the partially dried grapes of the Corvina. Often compared to port, but that's misleading: there's a big bold wine and while commercial examples often have residual sugar, you'll have a hard time finding it behind the tannins. Good acid balance.
